The Challenge

Socom-CI, a major player in the rice industry in Côte d’Ivoire, entrusted us with a complete overhaul of their website in 2021. Their ambition was to develop a modern platform reflecting their local values, improving product accessibility, and highlighting their commitment to local producers and the broader industry.
The previous website appeared outdated, visually unengaging, and failed to capture the dynamic, uniquely Ivorian spirit of the brand. It also did not effectively facilitate contacts or orders.

We created an authentic, accessible, and impactful website, faithful to Socom-CI’s identity. The UX was designed for simplified navigation, especially toward key pages: “Our Products,” “Our Local Rice,” “The Company,” and “Order.”
The visual identity was inspired by Ivorian culture and the brand’s core values:

  • Local iconography showcasing rice farmers and products

  • Warm visuals evoking local authenticity, tradition, and modernity

  • Responsive design ensuring fluid navigation across mobile, tablet, and desktop

  • Clear, accessible order forms
